I had the true honor of photographing Elaine and Sam’s wedding at their gorgeous venue, Puddledock Gathering Post, in Corinth, Maine. What a treat to be a part of such a beautiful day filled with love of friends and family and so much laughter.
Summertime at the Barn at Rosemoore was just perfect for Christine and Matt’s wedding day. As the girls got ready in the adorable bridal suite, I could not help but notice how sweet and supportive Christine’s family was with her. A few tears and lots of laughter as she got ready for their first look under that gorgeous tree by the barn.
Arriving at the Captain Nickels Inn in Searsport Maine for Kinsey and Ryan’s beautiful seaside wedding always gives me the feeling of home. Arriving at your destination for a rest never feels so good. I don’t normally “rest” however I was greeted by a calm and collected Kinsey. We had fun chatting as Kayla from The Hair Room added the last bits of hair spray for perfection.
Captain Nickels Inn in Searsport was a must for Kristal and Joseph’s perfect winter wedding day. The skies were clear after dropping a bit of fresh snow the day before and the temps were more than we could ask for in February on the coast of Maine. There was a flurry of activity and everyone was all smiles as the Innkeepers, Dawn and Cassie, perfected every detail. As I entered the bridal suite I could smell the hairspray and hear laughter among friends and family. I knew this day would be so tender and meaningful but just WOW! I quickly fell in love with their family and friends and the support they were shown.
Acadia National Park is the perfect spot for a couples session ANY time of the year! Bar Harbor gets quiet but us die-hard Mainers are crazy enough to photograph couples in teen digits and 18mph winds. Call us crazy but I think it was so well worth it. Tisha and Derek were champs battling the cold and wind and were so gracious while we attempted to hold her dress down and arrange every hair..even Dereks.
Such a gorgeous fall wedding day at The Barn at Rosemoore. If you want to know how excited Lincoln was to marry his sweetheart, Elisabeth, just look at his face! He holds nothing back! I especially loved after their first look he could not wait to show everyone how beautiful she looked!
