Summer Wedding Belfast Yacht Club | Meredith and Devin

Meredith and Devin had the most perfect wedding day in Belfast Maine at the Yacht Club overlooking the harbor.  The day  was everything they had hoped for and more. They had chosen the charming town as their destination because Meredith grew up spending her summers here with her family. 

The ceremony took place on the Boathouse lawn, where the guests could enjoy the view of the boats and beautiful view of the harbor. The weather was overcast and foggy, but that only added to the romantic atmosphere. Meredith looked stunning in her elegant gown, and Devin couldn’t take his eyes off her as she walked down the aisle with her parents. They exchanged their vows under a floral arbor made out of driftwood and surrounded by their loved ones.  They sealed their union with a kiss, and then walked back to the sound of applause and cheers and made their way to the cocktail hour.

The reception and cocktail hour were held at the Belfast Yacht Club, a cozy and elegant venue overlooking the water. The newlyweds and their guests enjoyed a delicious meal, followed by a toast from Meredith’s father. He welcomed Devin into their family, and said how he fit so seamlessly into their lives. He also shared some funny stories about Meredith and Devin’s high school days in Maryland, where they had attended the same school but never knew each other. They had met years later in college. It was a case of fate, he said, that brought them together.

The reception was catered by Bar Harbor Catering Company, and it was top notch! The rest of the night was filled with laughter, music, and dancing. LOTS of dancing. Bouchard Entertainment had a fun mix of music from the 70’s to get the party started.  Meredith and Devin’s wedding day was just perfect, and they had a blast celebrating with all their friends and family. As they begin their new adventure together as husband and wife, I can only imagine what great things they will accomplish together. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Judd.
