Captain Nickel’s Inn hosted the most beautiful day for Chelsea and Dana Pierce.  It was a warm summer day in the coastal town of Searsport, Maine, as they gathered with their closest family and friends to celebrate their love at the charming inn. Before the ceremony, the couple shared a quiet and emotional first look on the inn’s ocean-facing balcony. With the warm breeze in the air, the moment was unforgettable. Later, they exchanged vows beneath a handcrafted arbor, lovingly built by the groom himself, set against the backdrop of the Atlantic.  Everyone pitched in to make their day just perfect!

As the sun began to dip lower in the sky, the celebration continued with a gourmet feast served by Stone’s Throw Catering. The food, prepared by top-tier caterers, delighted guests with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The entire day felt like something out of a dream—an elegant yet deeply personal gathering held at a venue steeped in maritime charm, where history, craftsmanship, and love came together in a perfect union.
